Course Description

In this course, students will be provided with and overview of the National Airspace System (NAS) and the major components and elements of Air Traffic Control operations, including aircraft separation, air traffic control facilities, and navigation.

Target Audience: This course in National Airspace System (NAS) is for anyone interested in learning about the national air traffic control system, control procedures, airport operations and responsibilities, the integration of centers, terminal approach communications, navigation procedures, radar operations, and facilities. You don’t need any prior knowledge on this subject.
