Central Florida Institute of Technology offers Professional Diplomas in filmmaking. The curriculum consists of course modules designed to prepare students for entry-level positions within the motion picture industry. The program is balanced with both theory and production modules and will take students through all three stages of the movie making process; pre-production, production and post-production.
Our programs are designed for students who are highly motivated to produce and direct their own stories. Students will develop skill sets by planning, writing, producing, shooting, directing and editing their own short movie. At the end of each program, students will submit a final project (short film) exhibiting knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program.
